Returns Policy
Our ultimate goal is that you, our valued customer, are completely satisfied with your purchase and experience while using PocketQS. All products purchased using PocketQS is covered by the return policy of the supplier you ordered from and whom delivered the products to you.
All items are delivered to you in the best possible packaging to ensure that you receive your purchase in perfect condition. Upon receipt, please inspect your package closely. If you receive a damaged item, PocketQS will assist you in receiving a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Should you observe significant damage to the outer packaging, please reject the delivery and have the carrier return it. If there is minor damage to the packaging, please indicate as such when you sign for the delivery. In the unlikely event that you find the product to be damaged upon opening it, please notify PocketQS Support by emailing us at support@pocketqs.co.za within 5 days of receipt.
We will not be able to refund or exchange cut to measure or special ordered items as these are customized to your requirements unless said items are found to be materially defective.
Understandably, products cannot be returned or refunded if:
Cut to measure, as these have been customized to suit your needs
Damaged by lighting
Misused or purposely damaged
Used for a purpose other than that for which it was designed
Not used as described in the user manual supplied with the product
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund within the above time, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Delivery
In order to receive a refund the products should be returned to the supplier from whom it was purchased
You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
